Institute of Rapid Resolution Therapy

What is Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT)?

Rapid Resolution Therapy® is a gentle and effective therapeutic modality, created by Dr. John Connelly, LCSW that resolves trauma and other distress in as little as one session. Because the root causes of problems are pinpointed and cleared, positive changes endure. Negative emotions and destructive behavioral patterns are eliminated. Unlike other forms of treatment, with Rapid Resolution Therapy® it is not necessary to relive past events or experience any pain. This type of therapy leads to dramatic improvements in thoughts, feelings and behavior.

What is the difference with Rapid Resolution Therapy®?

Rapid Resolution Therapy® does not require one to "let go", "forgive" or "move on". One simply comes to their appointment and there is nothing else that they need to do. Practitioners do most of the talking and take on the responsibility of causing change and the session being successful. Traditional methods are time oriented, cognitive, introspective, become costly over time, and take many weeks even years with session after session of exposure, thinking, analyzing, and reliving. Rapid Resolution Therapy® is task oriented, uses all facets of the mind, is painless, gentle, fun, present-oriented, and provides significant and lasting results in 1-3 sessions.
